●　In March, 2003, it confirmed to invest in aluminum-plastic pe2anel project and founded Linyi Xingda Aluminum Plastic Decorative Material Co., Ltd.

　●　In May, 2004, Linshang Bank financed RMB 5 million Yuan to the company and Xingda began to develop rapidly.

　●　In March, 2005, construction of the second advanced factory was started, which was completed and put into use in June.

　●　In October, 2005, company imported a digital automation production line for aluminum composite panels, which was the most advanced in China.

　●　In May, 2006, a new raw material storage center covering an area of 2,200 square meters was built. In addition, company imported a digital automation production line for aluminum composite panels in October. The annual output reached up to three million square meters.

　●　In 2007, the company passed a series of Certificates such as ISO9001,IOS14001. Meanwhile it enrolled as a member unit by Aluminum-plastic Composite Material Branch of China Building Material Council. The company successively awarded many honorary titles, which includes '' green building products'' and '' re-contract and trustworthy enterprise''.

　●　In 2009, increase two new office buildings and one production line. Furthermore, company cooperated with Shanghai Five-item Management International Group. It assist Xingda with enhance management, reduce costs, resolve quality problems, fully heighten core competence.

　●　In 2010, Company has become the strategic partner of CCTV channel.

　●　In 2011, a plant covering an area of 5,000 square meters was newly built.

　●　In 2012, a plant covering an area of 3,000 square meters was newly built, with one new production line.

   ●　In 2013, increasing of VI visual system upgrade towards the group company. International Trade Department II was established, and Finished-product Logistics Center was newly founded.

   ●  In 2015, company has introduced two advanced production lines and our business size of productivity reaches up to 12 million square meters.
